The New Plan!
Alright. So. My New Plan goes like this: tomorrow (New Year's) I will wake up whenever I feel like waking up, do my yoga, and then do a SALT WATER FLUSH. Then the rest of the day is ice water, tea, and gum. That it was the first 5 months of 2012 will consist of. I want to be 110 pounds by summer vacation, which is the middle of May. That's roughly 10 pounds a month, and I wouldn't be surprised if I got there sooner. I am currently printing out a picture of a beautiful, skinny girl in an awesome bikini to hang in my room. It will the the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night. It's a new year, another chance to set things right. WOOO let's get skinny!
